Refunds are available for products returned in new and unused condition. Returns are not accepted after products are opened and show any evidence of use. Cost of shipping will not be included in refunded value.

If products are damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier to recover product cost. Luxor includes product value for all shipments. The carrier for your package will be identified in your shipping confirmation.
